Hi.
I currently have acquired a medium sized warehouse, and would like to converted in to a circus skill share location. I would like some advice and suggestions. Such as, building, safety, and efficiency. We are thinking mirrors, spanish web, and trapeze.
Any feedback would help.

Re: Circus Skill Share Space
Tue, March 11, 2008 - 1:04 AMHi, I haven't got any expertise with construction related endeavors as such. I am, however, very interested in your project to convert your warehouse into circus space. I see that you juggle and unicycle, though it sounds like you've got a crew with you - or you're diversifying your skillset. Either way - sounds pretty rad! I'd love to hear your plans, and maybe come up and skillshare sometime. I do clowning, juggling, fire, and have some sideshow skills. I've dabbled in aerial, but a home rig is no easy feat, so my skills have reached a natural cap for now...
Best of luck, and happy flying!

Re: Circus Skill Share Space
Tue, March 11, 2008 - 11:11 AMi live in a warehouse, in oakland, where there are about 5 or 6 units that are all dedicated to skill based performance in one way or another.
there are at least 2 units with aireal rigs, a lot of units with mirrors, as well as some mats and whatnot...
anyways, its not that hard to do, if you need any specific advice feel free to ask...

This is the kind of advice/help that I need. Talking to my roomates we have decided not to go with any aireal rigs due to safety concerns. However, I am interested in learning how to properly set one up.
